Casa do Caminho is a child centre and community centre which possesses a small organic farm where we produce fruits and vegetables. We also posses a small chicken and fish farm. The last year 3 teenagers of our child centre worked 3 days a week in the project learning how to produce organic. Our project leader has left and we are looking for long-time replacement (a minimum of 2 years) We need someone who wants to further develop the project, include the children and our teenagers in the project. The first 3 months will be a test period where we test the person’s skills, adoption to our community and teaching skills for our children and teenagers. The “organic farming teacher” will receive a minimum wage of 517 R$, accommodation and food. Once the organic farm start to make profits we will combine a % of the profits of the sold production.
